Key Qualifications
- Extensive experience in IT, including Infrastructure Engineering, User Interface Design, Instructional Applications, and Project Management.
- 10 years experience managing teams in the daily operations of computer departments including centralized helpdesk support.
- 5+ years of Project Management, including the design, planning, organization, control and completion of a variety of complex and interdependent tasks.
- Sound understanding of general business concepts, current and emerging technologies, architectures and products, as well as, exceptional technical writing skills.
- Hold an MA-Digital Media & MS/BS-Instructional Technology/Education/Mathematics
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated, natural leader. Strong problem solving skills.
- Proven ability as a team leader, team player, and independent worker.
