- Performed installation, repair/preventative maintenance, and routine backup on over 40 servers, including web (IIS & Apache), file/storage, video streaming (MMS), Windows, Mac & Linux.
- Successfully led the migration team of 4 desktop support specialists responsible for upgrading to Active Directory, Altiris Deployment Console, Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server 2008, including the migration 40+ servers and 250+ desktops.
- Designed new client image and backup scheme for institution wide deployment, which resulted in a dramatic decrease of support calls, increased client experience, and streamlined workstation roll out.
