Patient Encounter Log Project / Student PDA Project

• While on clinical rotations, the students use these PDAs as a reference resource and for several applications.

• During this project, formal installation instructions were created and implemented. 

• Scheduled and held various trainings for over 300 students.

• Also, managed and supervised 3 staff members to assist and troubleshoot students in this process.

 

Altiris Service Management Solution Implementation
07/2007 – 07/2008

• Review the possibility of integrating a Deployment Console solution into the company's infrastructure. 

• Analyze and evaluate software solutions. 

• After extensive Altiris training, manage a team of 3 while installing and implementing Altiris on over 200 PCs. 

• Trained staff in Deployment Console applications, such as creating and deploying jobs, reporting, and monitoring. 

 

Active Directory Domain Project
07/2007 – 09/2008

• Managed a team 4 in migrating over 200 PCs from a local workgroup to a domain.

• Created and maintained image models for 10 different Dell Optiplex PCs. 

• Documented all materials surrounding the project. 

• Trained and informed users, while ensuring minimal disruption in daily routines. 

 

Document Scanning Project
07/2008 – 07/2009

• Plan and implement a system that would allow for all employees to scan and archive all documents. 

• Surveyed the needs of employees. 

• Implemented a system based on these needs including ease of use, backing up documents and search-ability. 

• Implemented system and trained employees. 

 

Student Webboard Project
12/2008 – 07/2009

• Created a community forum solution for students, staff and faculty.  

• Established a site as a hub for information and discussion. 

 

Echo 360 Streaming Video Project
01/2009 - present

• A streaming video server and a coherent process are in place such that any and all lectures delivered to class can be recorded to streaming video and made available to students as video on demand for review and reinforcement.

• Thousands of hours of archived lectures have made this site a very powerful and popular academic resource.

 

Microsoft Office '07 Roll-out
05/2009 – 09/2009

• Roll out Microsoft Office '07 to all company employees. 

• Coordinate with Trainer to ensure that all employees are properly trained prior to roll-out. 

 

Microsoft Exchange e-mail switch-over

• Roll out Microsoft Exchange to all company Employees. 

• Coordinate with Trainer to ensure that all employees are properly trained prior to roll-out.
