Altiris Service Management Solution Implementation

  • Review the possibility of integrating a Deployment Console solution into the company's infrastructure.

  • After extensive Altiris training, manage a team of 3 while installing and implementing Altiris on over 200 PCs.

  • Successfully led the migration team of 4 desktop support specialists responsible for upgrading to Active Directory, Altiris Deployment Console, Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server 2008, including the migration 40+ servers and 250+ desktops.
  • Designed new client image and backup scheme for institution wide deployment, which resulted in a dramatic decrease of support calls, increased client experience, and streamlined workstation roll out.
  • Conducted image development, installation, security, and repair/preventative maintenance of administrative workstations and their peripherals for Windows and Mac.
  • Created and managed users, user rights, passwords, and security on Windows Domains using Active Directory.
